How to switch between Lender channels in Simpology

As a user in Simpology's ecosystem, your email will be your unique identifier that you login with.

If you have been invited to more than one Lender channel - you will be able to use the same credentials (your email, and password) to login to each of them.

Once you are logged in, Simpology has an easy 'switching' capability for you to be able to switch between different channels to view your applications/work in different channels

How do I switch between channels?

When you are logged into the Application Dashboard, you will be able to see your Profile name in the top right hand corner:

If you have been established as a user in more than one Simpology Lender channel, you will have the 'switch' icon below your profile:

If you click this icon, it will take you back to the login screen "Lender selector" where you can see a list of all Channels you have access to - and 'switch' to another channel:

When you choose the alternate channel, click Login:

and you will login to the alternate lender channel, where you will see/be able to work on applications in this channel:

Once you are logged in, you can switch from channel to channel as you please.
