As part of your application submission to Yard Home Loans, you will be sent an email request to complete a Digital Consent.
This is a normal step in Home Loan submissions, and means that you are consenting for Yard Home Loans to receive and use your personal data to make normal checks on your credit history, your identity, employment and other details.
This is a quick article that your broker might share with you to give you an understanding of how to complete the digital consent.
You will receive an email from no-reply@simpology
Simpology is the technology platform that your broker is using to create and submit your loan application to Yard.
The email invite you receive will look like this:

The email will give instructions to 'click here'.
This will launch a secure portal for your to complete the digital consent:
Establish your login credentials
You will need to create a password for the secure portal.
Set a password that you will remember - as your broker may use this secure portal again to during the loan submission process (eg to request supporting documents be uploaded)
When you've set a password, you will have established your account:
and be re-directed to the login screen, where you will enter
user name: your email
password: the password you just created
Read and confirm you agree to the Consent
When you login, you will be presented with Yard's Digital Consent, which you should read through. Note that you can click through to the Privacy Policy if you would like to:
To agree to the Digital Consent, tick the "I consent to" dialogue at the bottom:
This will trigger a new email to be sent to you, which will contain a 6-digit code:
Copy this code into the Security Code section in the Digital Consent, and then click Consent:

When you have completed the Consent, you will get this message:
You can now simply close the browser. Your Broker will be in touch with anything further they need you to do throughout the application process.
