A common reason why your applicant/s haven't received their email to complete the ubank verifications is because you haven't clicked 'request' on all three verification services in Loanapp.

It's easy to miss the third one as it's on a different page in Loanapp.

To trigger the verification email to your applicants, you must click 'request' on the following Digital Services in the Loanapp interface:

On the Applicant's Page

Click "Request" on VOI (Step 1 of 3).

This digital widget is at the bottom of the Applicant's Page.

Note: If you have more than 1 applicant, you need to click Request for each of your applicants:

Click "Request" on Acknowledgement & Consent (Step 2 of 3).

This digital widget is also at the bottom of the Applicant's Page.

Note: If you have more than 1 applicant, you need to click Request for each of your applicants:

Click "Request" on Smart Statements (Step 3 of 3).

This digital widget is at the top of the Financial Position Page.

Note: If you have more than 1 applicant, you need to click Request for each of your applicants:

Note that you have 2 options for Smart Statements:

  • Request from Applicant: you should use this when your applicant/s have not yet completed a bankstatements request

  • Use broker flow: you should use this when you have had your applicant/s use bankstatements before the Loanapp submission

An Email with then be sent to each of your applicants

When you have clicked Request on all three of these Digital Widgets:
