This is a quick guide to how to finalise your Login credentials to Move Bank Loanapp. If you prefer, check out this video to take you through the process.
(NOTE: if you already have a Simpology login for lodging to another Lender, that same login will work for Move Bank)
You will receive an email invite
When you are invited to the Move Bank loanapp, you will receive an email notification with the subject "Simpology Registration":
If you click open this email, you will see an invitation from Move Bank.
Click on the link
You will need to click on the 'click here' to finalize your credentials.
This will take you to a screen to setup your password for your account.
Create your Password in Simpology Manager
Type in your preferred password
Type it in again, to confirm your password
And click Set Password
Click Proceed to Login
Enter your email address in the login and then the password you have just set.
and click login.
Setup your two-factor Authentication Key
LoanApp requires two-factor authentication to ensure security of your applicant's personal information. To set this up, Click Generate Key:
Start Second Factor Setup
Open your Authenticator App on your smartphone, and scan the QR code
Finalise the Verify key on your phone and enter the code.
Click Verify key.
Save the key.
Your 2FA will now be setup. You will need to click here to log in again.
Enter your login and password
And click login.
You will now need to add the six digit code from your Authenticator app.
Click login
You will login to Application Dashboard
You'll be logged into Move Bank's application dashboard. When you first login, it will be empty, but as you add applications it is where you will be able to have visibility and manage all your applications to Move Bank.
You have successfully completed the Move Bank registration and secure login setup, including two-factor authentication.
You can now create and manage all your Loan applications to Move Bank.
