This tutorial, introduces, the application dashboard where you will manage, submissions, create new records and receive status updates on applications.
Login to Application Dashboard
To login, go to https://applicationdashboard.simpology.com.au/
Enter your User Credentials
To log into your application dashboard, you will need to enter your login which is your email.
And then, the password that you have set when you received your invitation to learn app.
Enter a Verifier Code
You will need to enter a verifier code generated on your authenticator app.
And you will now log into the application dashboard.
Application Dashboard
With your very first login, your application dashboard will be empty.
Create an Application
To create a loan app record. Click on "New":
This will create a new loan app record for you to complete.
The new Loanapp record will be created, and you can work through the interface to capture details of your applicants, their financial position, the security property and Loan details, the compliance questions:
Generate any application outputs for review and signature
Generate your supporting documents checklist to upload required supporting docs against
And finally submit your application to move bank for assessment.
Back in the Application Dashboard
Back in the application dashboard, when you have created applications they will be listed on the dashboard with the status of open. Over time, your submitted applications will also be visible and you can check the status on each of them as Move Bank assess your deal:
Access Loanapp, and other modules
On each of the application records, you have an ellipsis control on the far right:
This control allows you to click through to the Loanapp record, or directly to the supporting documents or info request modules, for that record.
Filter your Dashboard
The application dashboard has some great features to help you manage your applications. You are able to filter your applications by clicking on the Filter control:
Which allows you to filter with details such as the application participants:
The timing and status of the application:
And any of the application details:
Add Saved Filter
You can even create saved filters that are then available to click on and off when you want to.
To do this name and save your filter and then set the conditions for the filter.
The saved filter will always be visible to switch on and off as you please.
Configure your Dashboard Columns
You are also able to configure the columns on your dashboard to do this. Click the configuration Cog here:
A column settings control will open listing all the columns that you can switch on and off in your dashboard:
When you've made your changes, click apply changes, and your dashboard columns will be updated.
Sort your Dashboard records
Finally, you are able to sort your dashboard records by clicking the column heading of any of the columns.
If you click a second time, you will reverse the sort and a third time will remove the sort.
