When a Lender sets you up in their Loanapp, you will receive an email invitation to finalise your login credentials. Once setup, you will be able to login to the Lender's application dashboard, where you can create and manage your loan submissions to the Lender.
This article is a quick run-through of the process to setup your credentials.

You will receive an email invite
When a lender invites you to their Loanapp, you will get an email invite which will have the subject "Simpology Registration":
Open the email
When you open the email, the body of the email may differ slightly across lenders, but there will always be a 'Click here' in the email to proceed with the registration process:
You should 'click here'
You will be taken to a new screen to create your password for your account:
Create your password
Create your password, and then complete the Confirm Password field to verify your password:
Click Set password to finalize your password setup:
Click Proceed to Login to move to the login page:
You will be taken to the Loanapp login portal:
If you now login your credentials and click login:
You will need to set up two-factor authentication
You will be taken to a screen to setup two-factor authentication. To do this, you will need an authenticator app on your smart phone.
If you don't already have one on your smart phone, you will need to download an Authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator.
When you are ready with an Authenticator App on your smart phone, click "generate key" on the Simpology login workflow:
Scan the QR code or enter it manually:
Your authenticator app will setup an authenticator for Simpology. Generate a code and fill in the code:
Click verify to confirm your security code and proceed:
Click save to store your verification details securely:
Now that you have setup 2FA, you can return to the login page:
Login to application dashboard (Loanapp)
You can now login. Note that now you have setup your 2FA, future logins will start at this step.
Enter your email and password, and click Login:
You will be taken to the authenticator screen. Generate a 6-digit code via your authenticator app, and click login:
You will be logged in to your Lender's application dashboard. If this is your first time logging in, it will be empty until you create an application:
Over time, as you create applications, they will appear on your application dashboard:
