When you have a login to Loanapp, your email will be your unique user login.

It will be your username for all Lender Logins to Loanapp:

If you have been invited to use Loanapp for more than one lender, when you login, you will need to then select the lender channel you want to open:

After you select the Lender channel, you will be taken to that lender's application dashboard, where you will see all your applications with that Lender:

Each record will be listed with columns of key details; and you can easily check the status of each submission:

You can also click the three dots at the end of any record

To click through to important modules for the record, such as Loanapp and supporting documents. You will also be able to copy applications from this feature:

You may also be able to create a new Loanapp record for this lender - although if you usually launch Loanapp from your aggregator CRM, this may not be allowed for your login:

If you would like to switch to see or work on your applications with another lender, click on your Profile icon in the top right corner:

Click Switch Channel:

You will be taken back to the login screen, where you chose the current Lender.

Click on the dropdown:

You will see a list of all the Lender channels you have been invited to:

Here I have chosen AMP Bank, and clicked Login:

And I have logged in to the AMP Bank channel and can see all my applications:

If I would like to switch to another channel:

I can select another Lender Channel and click Login

And I will now be in the application dashboard for the new lender:
