ubank Acknowledgement & Consent Form

The ubank Acknowledgement and Consents for an application are sent via docusign for easy and convenient completion by applicants

ubank have incorporated their Acknowledgement and Consents into the consolidated digital services email as a quick and easy method for your applicants to finalise their Consents for the submission.

When you trigger the ubank digital services from Loanapp, your applicant/s will receive an email from ubank asking them to complete the services. The third step/button in this email will generate a Docusign Acknowledgement and Consent Form:

When you click "Review and sign consent", this will generate a Docusign form for review and signing:

The form will highlight the items that need Consenting to (tick boxes):

And when completed, the applicant will be prompted to sign the Form:

Once signed, the applicant can click Finish:

What happens when the service is completed?

When your applicant/s complete the Acknowledgement and Consent Form, two things will happen:

  • you will receive an email notification that the Acknowledgement and Consent has been completed:

  • the 'status' in the Acknowledgement and Consent Digital Widget will update to "Completed":
