If Granite needs to get more information from you while they are assessing your deal, they will send you an Info Request
You will get an email invite, and you will be able to upload/answer any questions in an easy, convenient way, straight back to them.
Assessor sends you an email notification
If an assessor sends you an Info Request, you will get an email invite asking you to login and review what has been requested:
Your login credentials will be your email, and whatever password you have set for Simpology Manager. Note that as a broker, you will have only one login for Simpology Manager, across all lenders.
"My Info Requests"
If you click on the link in the invite and login, you will log in to "My Info Requests". This shows you a list of all the Info Requests that have been sent to you, across all of your Granite applications.
Select show all. This will show all requests you need to work on. It'll be sorted by application.
Select Open button to review the request Granite has sent you.
The request here is for 2 recent payslips.
Upload requested Documents
Review the request and detail that Granite has sent you. To upload the requested documents, click Browse. You will be able to search your files and select those you wish to upload:
When uploaded, you will see thumbnail icons of the uploaded documents. You can also add any comments. When you are ready, click 'Submit':
You will see that your response has been submitted (Granite Assessor now has your response):
Access via Application Dashboard
You can access/check on Info Requests for any application via the Granite Application Dashboard. When you have logged in to the dashboard, if you find a particular application, you can click on "Info Requests" on the application record (far right):
This will land you in the consumer-facing section of Info Requests (it will list any Info Requests you have sent to the consumer). To go to the section that lists info requests that Granite have sent you, go to the Menu ribbon, and go to Solutions/Application Processing/My Info Requests:
Remember to select Show All:
And then review/answer any Info Requests as you have above.
What if I want my admin staff to respond to Info Requests?
Your admin staff, if they are set up in your Brokerage, will be able to login to "My Info Requests" in the same way and respond to any of your Info Requests.
