Where you know your Mortgage Manager partner also has Loanapp/Omni, you are able to delegate Conditions of Approval for the Mortgage Manager to complete.
Create Conditions of Approval
When you are working in the Assessment Module and ready to conditionally approve the application, you can set Conditions of Approval eg:
Your conditions will automatically become "Action Items"
When you create your conditions and finalise the Conditional Approval, your Conditions will be automatically created as Action Items in your Omni flows:
When you open this process, you will see your two Conditions as separate Action Items:
Delegate the Conditions (Action Items)
Each of these Action Items can then be opened, and delegated to your Mortgage Manager for completion:
When you click Delegate, you will be able to send the Condition to the your Mortgage Manager:
Make sure you select the Mortgage Manager's channel
Select the target person to receive the delegation
add some comments if you want to
Click Delegate
This will put your overall Conditions of Approval process in 'Waiting'; and the Individual Action Item also in waiting:
Delegate the second Condition:
Your Conditions are 'sent' to your Mortgage Manager
The target Person will get an email notification
Your Omni will send an email notification to your Target Person:
The Condition Action Items will be in your Mortgage Manager's Omni
Your conditions will have been re-created in your Mortgage Manager's Omni:
Your Mortgage Manager will be able to open the Action Items and make comment/upload documents; and click DONE:
The detail of the Condition/comments from you to the Mortgage Manager
The comments added by the Mortgage Manager
Any uploaded documents that are being sent back to you
DONE will close the Condition as completed
The Mortgage Manager's Omni will send an email notification to you.
You can receive and finalise the Conditions in your Omni
Your Action Item will be updated
When the Mortgage Manager clicks DONE - your version of the Action Item updates with the detail that has been uploaded/posted:
You can download any attachments to view them; and read the comments from your Mortgage Manager.
If you PASS the Action Item, it will become Complete.
Any uploaded documents will be automatically sent to Supporting Documents when you PASS the Action item🤩
Your Condition in Assessment Summary will update to PASS
When you PASS the Action Item, this will also automatically PASS the Condition in your Assessment Summary 🤩
If you click open the Condition, you will see the Condition "Has been Met":
