When opening Loanapp from a partnering CRM, the lender may have some validation to confirm you are an accredited broker with them. This might mean that when you click the "Loanapp" button in your aggregator CRM, Loanapp doesn't launch, and instead you get a message telling you that your accreditation number isn't matching.
If you get stuck in this way but believe you are accredited, there's some broker information you need to check in your CRM.
