Where Lenders integrate Access Seeker you can check your applicant's Credit File without leaving a 'footprint' on the file

Lenders can configure to enable an Access Seeker to be requested on your applicants within the Loanapp workflow. Access Seeker is a consumer Credit Check that does not leave a credit inquiry footprint on the applicants' file.

Where you use Access Seeker, Loanapp will then populate the identified Liabilities into the Financial Position so that you can cross reference against your declared data and ensure you have included all liabilities.

It is really useful to you as the broker as you can ensure that your submission notes all existing liabilities; and you can be aware of any potential credit issues.

If a lender has this service in their workflow, the Access Seeker will automatically be triggered once the applicants have finalised the Loanapp digital consent, so it is important that you are aware of this.

Note that the Digital Consent will include a Consent for the Access Seeker service:

The Access Seeker digital widget is found in the Financial Position in Loanapp. Until your applicant/s have completed their Digital Consent, it will be "Pending":

The Access Seeker is a 'blind' service - neither you or the applicants need to do anything. When Digital Consent is completed, Loanapp will send your Applicant/s details to Equifax and almost instantly return a result:

Where can I view the results of Access Seeker?

You can view the Access Seeker outcome in two places. This first is in the Access Seeker widget, by clicking Details:

And you are able to download the full Access Seeker PDF report:

Loanapp also populates the relevant liabilities data on-screen in the Financial Position:

This is a great feature of Loanapp to help ensure you identify all current liabilities for your applicants, reducing rework once your application is submitted.

Note that Loanapp is configured so that only you, the Broker, is able to see the Access Seeker report. It is not made available and/or sent to the Lender.
