If you are referring to the video clips in the simulations, there is no audio on those where they show the patient talking. Use these points in the simulation to think through and practice what you would say to the patient in real life.

Alternately, if you're referring to the full video in the Explore component of the module, then you should be able to hear the narration. First, check the audio settings on your computer or device. Is your sound perhaps muted or the volume control turned very low? Can you hear sound in other applications? If not, then it may help to re-boot your device to reset it back to normal.
