Please note that depending on the device and the browser that you're using for your learning, the menu icons on the right-hand side of the page (highlighted with a red box in the screenshot below) can sometimes act as an overlay on top of the tools panel. This can get in the way of accessing the tools underneath or the scrollbar behind it.

Sometimes there are more tools available that can be displayed on screen, so may you need access to the scrollbar to scroll down to find the tool or instrument that you need.

To get around this, it usually works to click the scrollbar below those menu icons (see the bright green box in the screenshot below) and then scroll to select the tool.
