Showing and hiding the prompts in simulations

If you are in a Learn Mode simulation and an instruction for a step does not automatically appear, click on the Show button on the top left of the screen to show the prompt (see red arrow in screenshot below). This will give you guidance on what to do.

If you are doing a Practice Mode or Test Mode simulation, be aware that some of the prompts may have been removed completely because it's a test. In a test, you need to be demonstrating your knowledge of the procedure.

If you are stuck in a simulation and you make 3 incorrect choices on the same step, the system will automatically provide you with some help in a popup window. Or you can go directly to the help information yourself - click on Navigation at the bottom right of the screen, then click the "?" symbol next to the step number.

Tip: if you keep getting stuck in Test Mode, we recommend you go back and run through the relevant Learn Mode scenario again to refresh your memory of what you need to do at that point.

Please let us know if you need any additional help.
