Because of the way SIMTICS simulations are designed, if the system won't let you proceed to the next step, it means that there is something incorrect that you need to address first. And we know it may sound frustrating, but even if you think it's correct, if the system won't let you move on then it's not 100% correct yet.

Have you done this simulation in Learn Mode? Learn Mode is designed to help you learn the procedure step by step. It also helps you to know what the system is expecting from you for each step. Therefore it's important to always start with Learn Mode. The system guides you with colored hints while you're learning the steps, and you can also click the "?" symbol at the bottom right of the page to view the Help page for the current step that you're on.

When you're comfortable with the procedure steps in Learn Mode, then you can try the test in Practice Mode before you finally do the simulation in Test Mode.

If you still need help after reading this, please would you contact us in the chat with a description of exactly which module and which step you were on, and what you were trying to do - a screenshot would be great as well, if possible. Then we can try to give you some specific guidance.
