Email notifications can be a great way for you to know when one of your learners has finished a simulation. By default, these are off, but you can turn them on very easily.

Via Groups of Users

The best way to do this is within the "Groups of Users" tab within Manage Access. After creating a group, then adding users and simulations, you can check the "Notify" checkbox on the user list.

In the image above, you'll see that "Benny" and "Jenny" are checked, which means email notifications will be sent (to the address specified below) when those learners complete any simulation in this group. Sam has his checkbox unchecked, so no notifications will be sent for them.

IMPORTANT: The email address that will receive this notification will be the one listed in the white "Notify" button popup. As seen below, "benny@simtutor.com" will receive these email notifications.
