To set up your store and its products, kindly allocate up to 48 business hours for us to prepare the required files meticulously. We prioritize this process to ensure that your orders are impeccably arranged for manufacturing, allowing us to proceed confidently.
Your sole responsibility is to provide us with a high-quality file of your client's logo, which will be utilized on their products. While vector art is preferred for its versatility in reproducing additional files, we accept various file formats. In cases where a vector file is unavailable, we can arrange for its creation based on the uploaded artwork.
The cost for each design/logo is $95 and includes the following:
Embroidery File and supporting images and color variations
DTG/Digital files for both apparel and non-apparel printed items
Engraving files for all products, including stainless, bamboo, and wood
Upon creating a store, you'll be prompted to upload your artwork and make payment for the task. Alternatively, you can do this within individual products as you begin building items. We recommend completing this step early in the process to avoid schedule disruptions and unnecessary additional work.
