3. Locating the Gift Card Page

• Step 1: After creating the gift card, go back to the Gift Cards section.

• Step 2: Click the Eye icon next to the gift card to preview the page where the gift card is displayed.

• Step 3: Note the URL of the gift card page. It typically follows the format: yourstore.com/giftcards or xxx.singleservemerch.com/giftcards

4. Adding a Gift Card Link to Your Store Menu

• Step 1: Go to Store Design, then navigate to Menus and Pages.

• Step 2: Click Add Link to External Website.

• Step 3: Name the link/Menu name (e.g., “Gift Cards”).

• Step 4: Paste the URL you copied earlier (yourstore.com/giftcards) into the link field using Ctrl+V (Windows) or Command+V (Mac).

• Step 5: Click Create. This adds a new menu item that links directly to your gift card page, making it easily accessible for customers. Slick the Show in Navigation Menu to be visible in your main menu at top of store.
