This guide provides an overview of the different subscription plans available, helping you choose the best option based on your needs and store requirements. Each plan comes with specific features and benefits designed to cater to various business sizes and functionalities.

Trial

You have access to a trial whenever a store is created, allowing you to explore for 14 days before committing to a plan or for providing a demo environment for your client.

1. Starter Plan

Overview: The Starter Plan is the entry-level option, ideal for those new to the platform or running smaller stores.

Features:

• Up to 12 products.

• No monthly fee, but includes an extra 10% markup on products.

• Basic functionality to test and get started with the platform.

2. Basic Plan ($49/month)

Overview: The Basic Plan is suitable for smaller businesses or stores with moderate needs, offering essential features and expanded access.

Features:

Product Limit: Up to 20 products with wholesale pricing (no additional markup from the catalog cost).

Gift Cards: Ability to sell gift cards directly on the storefront or issue them on the back end.

User Access: Includes access for up to two additional store users (e.g., clients, sales staff, or designers).

Sales Tax Compliance: All stores come with built-in sales tax compliance and submissions as Single Serve Merch acts as a marketplace facilitator, managing tax collection and payments.

3. Premium Plan ($99/month)

Overview: The Premium Plan is designed for larger stores or those needing advanced features, making it great for nonprofits, charities, or stores requiring more customization.

Features:

Product Limit: Up to 50 products.

Third-Party Stripe Payments: Allows the addition of multiple Stripe accounts, perfect for profit sharing, non-profits, or charity events. This enables other parties to act as the merchant, appearing on the credit card statement but you control the revenue splits.

Advanced Store Options:

• Private stores accessible via email addresses, special domains, or single sign-on.

• Custom products that you create and may be in inventory or from a supplier not currently supported.

4. Custom Plan

Overview: The Custom Plan is for stores with more than 50 products, offering maximum flexibility and advanced features for large-scale operations.

Specific Quantity of Products: custom limits on the number of products you can offer. You determine this number which will contribute to the monthly fee.

Unlimited Store Users: Grant access to as many users as needed, including multiple departments and roles.

All Premium Features Plus: Includes all the functionalities of the Premium Plan, along with tailored solutions to meet specific business needs.

Basic: Best for growing businesses needing critical features without breaking the bank.

Premium: Suitable for larger businesses, charities, or stores needing custom domains and advanced payment options.
