In case you would like to edit the email ID, name, or phone number of the applicant, after sending the invitation link to them for the Tenant screening application, you could follow the steps below to edit the information.
Re-send / Edit the invite:
Step 1:
On your dashboard, locate the applicant’s invite. Click on the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner of the invite.
Step 2:
Select "Edit Invite" from the dropdown menu.
Step 3:
You can now update the applicant’s email, name, or phone number as needed. Once updated, the system will automatically re-send the invite to the applicant with the corrected information.
How to Cancel an Invite
If you'd rather cancel the invite altogether:
Step 1:
Click on the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner of the applicant’s invite on your dashboard.
Step 2:
Select "Cancel Invite" from the dropdown menu. This will stop the invitation process, and the applicant will no longer be able to access the application link.
