If you’ve already completed your rental application and want to share it with additional landlords or property managers, you can do so easily from your SingleKey account.
Follow these simple steps:
1. Log In to Your Account
To link your report to your account, use the email address you provided during the initial rental application when creating your SingleKey account. This ensures a seamless connection between your account and the report.
Use the email address and password you created during your application process to log in.
2. Access Your Report
Navigate to your profile dashboard, where your completed rental application report is stored. If you encounter issues accessing your report, try the following troubleshooting methods:
Open the report in a private browsing (incognito) window.
Refresh the page to resolve potential cache issues.
3. Click the “Share Credit Report” Button
At the top of the page, click the “Share credit report” button to begin the sharing process.
4. Enter Contact Information
Provide the rent amount of the property that you are applying for.
Provide the email address of the landlord or property manager, or copy the link to send it.
The recipient will receive a secure link to view your completed application. If the report was paid for by a landlord or another third party, you may need to unlock it by paying a required fee before sharing.
