Price: $44.99 CAD/report, plus applicable sales taxes

  • Both EquifaxÂŽ and TransUnionÂŽ credit checks

  • Save 25% compared to buying two separate reports

🛡️ 2. Rent Guarantee Program

Starting at: 5%

  • Up to 12 months of lost rent coverage (max $60,000)

  • Up to $10,000 in legal fees and eviction support

  • Coverage for property damage

  • Monthly payouts start after 30 days of non-payment

Price: Free for up to 3 tenants or properties; transaction fees apply beyond this limit. Includes:

  • Automated monthly rent collection

  • Secure Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) setup

  • On-time payment tracking

  • Rent payments reported to EquifaxÂŽ to help tenants build credit. Good news for tenants! There are no monthly charges when utilizing the Rent Collection service, keeping it cost-effective for renters.

For more than three rent collections, a small additional fee will apply.

  • For up to 10 leases, we would charge $5 per transaction (10-3 = 7 * $5 = $35).]

  • For over 10 leases, we charge $3 per transaction.

Price starting at: $19.99 each, plus applicable sales taxes
