Overview of ID Verification

The ID verification process is a crucial security measure designed to ensure the authenticity of user accounts on SingleKey Inc. Verification helps protect both landlords and tenants by maintaining the integrity of the platform. Occasionally, users may run into challenges, such as expired verification links, or may need clarification on how to retry the process. This guide explains how to handle these scenarios and the options available to reactivate your verification attempt.

Handling Expired ID Verification Links

If your ID verification link has expired, you won’t be able to complete the process using that link. However, resolving this issue is straightforward:

  1. Request a new verification link

    • Contact SingleKey support or initiate a request through the appropriate channel.

    • A new verification link will then be sent to your email directly from Persona, our secure ID verification partner.

  2. Complete the verification

    • Open the new link as soon as possible.

    • Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your ID successfully.

Reactivation Options

In some cases, you may prefer not to wait for a brand-new link. To make the process more efficient, SingleKey can also resume the verification link on the backend for you to try again. This allows you to continue where you left off without having to restart the entire verification process.

If you’re unsure which option applies to your situation, reach out to SingleKey support. Our team will determine whether a reactivation or a new link is the best solution for your case.
