Compliance: SingleKey is fully compliant with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and SOC 2 standards.
Data Security: We use end-to-end encryption, including SSL protocols, and securely share data with trusted partners like Equifax.
Access: Your credit report is only accessible to the landlord or property manager who sent you the application link.
Storage: As per Equifax requirements, credit reports are automatically archived from the landlord’s account after 60 days. SingleKey maintains a secure copy in our system for compliance purposes. However, if you prefer, we can permanently delete the report—just let us know.
Third Parties: We only share information with essential service providers. You can review the details in our Privacy Policy.
