How to Submit a Tenant Insurance Claim

If you need to submit a tenant insurance claim, please follow the steps below carefully to avoid delays.

1. Start from Your SingleKey Account

Log in to your SingleKey account and go to the Tenant Insurance section.

You will see a message like:

“To submit a claim on your policy, please download and complete this claim form.”

Download and complete the claim form before proceeding.

2. Review Your Coverage

Before submitting your claim, review your policy documents to confirm your coverage is active and understand what is included.

Your policy will outline:

  • Coverage start date

  • Types of coverage (e.g., personal property, liability, additional living expenses)

  • Limits, deductibles, and exclusions

If anything is unclear, contact Walnut before submitting your claim.

  • Notice of Loss (what happened, including date and cause)

  • Repair estimates or reports (if applicable)

Providing complete and accurate information helps prevent delays.
