In Sion you can create tags to help you organize bookings, trips, contacts, and payments. Admins can view the tags for all these different sections in one place and change the name of tags, merge tags, and delete tags.

To view all account tags, click your username in the top right of Sion. In the dropdown, select Account Settings.

This opens the general Settings page. In the left menu, click Tags. The Tags page will open.


Edit a Tag Name

To edit a tag name, click on the tag.

In the Edit Tag window, replace the tag name in the Label field and click Save Changes.

Any record that had the tag Christmas will be updated with the new label name.


Merge Tags

To merge tags, use the checkboxes to select the tags that you want to merge and the tag you want to move the information to. You can select one or multiple tags at once.

Click Actions in the top right and then select Merge in the dropdown.

The Merge window will open. You will see a list of all of the tags you selected to merge and what sections they have been used for. Click the tag that you want to keep. All tags will be changed to the selected tag.

The tag with a green checkmark will be the remaining label. The exclamation point icon next to a tag name means that tag will be erased.

When you’re done, click Merge Tags.


Delete Tags

To delete tags, use the checkboxes to select the tags that you want to remove. You can select one or multiple tags at once.

Click Actions in the top right and then select Delete in the dropdown.

You will be asked to confirm your decision. Use caution, deleting a tag cannot be undone.
