The Production Report at the top of the Client page provides a summary of key metrics such as revenue, commissions, and booking counts for a specific time period.

The report only includes data for completed quarters. For example, if it is mid-November 2024, data for the 4th quarter of 2024 will not appear until the quarter ends.

Note: The report only shows data for completed quarters. If you just added a booking today, it will not appear in the Production Report until the current quarter closes and the period is selected.

The information displayed in the report is based on the Clients shown in the Clients tab. If you use filters to adjust which Clients are displayed, the Production Report will update to show data for only those Clients.

This flexibility allows you to tailor the Production Report to match the information you need for specific Clients and timeframes. Below we’ll go over how to further filter the Production Report.

Filtering the Production Report

You can refine the report using two filters:

  • Production Period - Choose the time period you want to view.

  • All Time - Shows data for all recorded bookings of the displayed Clients.

  • Yearly - Displays data for a selected year. Only completed quarters will be included for the current year.

  • Quarterly - Displays data for a selected financial quarter. You can only select completed quarters.

  • Booking date field - Choose how to filter bookings in the Production Period you’ve chosen. You can use either the date the booking was created by the client or the check-in date for the booking.
