When you disable a team member they will no longer be able to access Sion; enabling a team member allows them access to the software again.

To disable a team member, click your username in the top right of Sion. In the dropdown, select Account Settings.

This opens the general Settings page. In the left menu, click Team. The Team page will open.

Use the checkboxes to select the team members that you want to disable. You can select one or multiple team members at once.

Click Actions in the top right and then select Disable in the dropdown.

You can enable team members by the same process. Select the desired team members with the checkboxes, click Actions and then select Enable.

You can also disable or enable team members in their individual profiles. Click on a team member to open their profile.

In the top right of the profile, you can toggle the switch to enable or disable a team member. Dark gray means the team member is enabled, light gray means their account is disabled.

Click Save Changes to apply the status change to a team member account.
