Merge Team Members

When you merge team members, you are reassigning all bookings and GDS settings from one team member (or several) to another.

To merge a team member, click your username in the top right of Sion. In the dropdown, select Account Settings.

This opens the general Settings page. In the left menu, click Team. The Team page will open.

Use the checkboxes to select the team members that you want to merge and the team member you want to move the information to. You can select one or multiple team members at once.

Click Actions in the top right and then select Merge in the dropdown.

The Merge window will open. You will see a list of all of the team members you selected to merge. Click the team member that you want to keep. All bookings will be moved to the selected team member.

The team member with a green checkmark will be the final contact. The exclamation point icon next to a team member name means that account will be erased.

When you’re done, click Merge Employees.
