Bookings are automatically assigned to one of five statuses based on travel dates and payment totals. You can filter your bookings based on their status. The statuses are clearly labeled for all bookings and provide an important visual queue for where the booking is in the payment process.

To filter by booking statuses, click Bookings in the top menu and then the Bookings tab.

To the right, you will see the Status options.

  • Upcoming (Yellow) - The check-out date is in the future and the booking is still subject to cancellation or change. The commission is an estimate.

  • Owed (Blue) - The check-out date has passed. The commission is due, but no payments have been received.

  • Paid (Green) - There is at least one payment or the booking is non-commissionable and the check-out date has passed. Note, this does not mean a booking is paid in full, only that there is at least one payment. See below on Paid Booking Statuses.

  • Past Due (Red) - The due date has passed without anypayments.

  • Canceled (Gray) - The booking is canceled. No payments are expected.

You can see at a glance the status of a booking based on the Status column in the booking queue and the Status field in the detail window.

Paid Booking Statuses

You can further filter paid bookings based on how much of the booking was paid. At the top of the Status section, click the gear icon.

You will now see several options:

  • All - Any bookings with the Paid status.

  • Fully Paid - Only bookings that have been completely paid will display.

  • Partially Paid - Bookings that have not been completely paid but still have a payment will display.

  • Custom Range - Use the sliders to find bookings based on what percentage of the amount has been paid.
