Email signatures are used when you send an invoice with Sion.
To use a personalized signature on Sion emails, click your username in the top right of Sion. In the dropdown, select User Profile.
This opens the Your Sion Profile window. Click the Email Signature tab.
Make sure to toggle the switch in the top right to Enabled in order to apply your signature by default.
Enter your email signature in the field. For information on how to format your signature with HTML markup, click Markdown below the field.
