If you are an admin, you can prevent a contractor from using your identifier in new bookings by suspending their access.

To suspend a contractor, click your username in the top right of Sion. In the dropdown, select Account Settings.

This opens the general Settings page. In the left menu, click Contractors. The Contractors page will open.

Click on the contractor account that you want to suspend.

The Edit Contractor window will open. At the bottom of the window, click Suspend Access.

Click Yes to confirm suspending a contractor from using your identifier number.

To unsuspend a contractor, simply click to open the edit contractor window.

At the bottom of the Edit Contractor window, click Restore Access. The contractor will be able to make bookings with your identifier again.
