If you are an admin, you can prevent a contractor from using your identifier in new bookings by suspending their access.

To suspend a contractor, click your username in the top right of Sion. In the dropdown, select Account Settings.

This opens the general Settings page. In the left menu, click Contractors. The Contractors page will open.

Click on the contractor account that you want to suspend.

The Edit Contractor window will open. At the top of the window, toggle the Active switch left.

Click Yes to confirm suspending a contractor from using your identifier number.

To unsuspend a contractor, click to open the edit contractor window again.

In the top right of the Edit Contractor window, toggle the Inactive switch to the right. The contractor will be able to make bookings with your identifier again.
