Note: Only admins can enable commissions for team members.

By default, team members cannot earn a commission on bookings. When creating or updating a team member’s profile, you can enable commissions and set default rates for them.

To set up statement defaults for your agents, click your username in the top right of Sion. In the dropdown, select Account Settings.

This opens the general Settings page. In the left menu, click Team. The Team page will open.

Select the team member that you want to enable commissions for.

In the team member’s Profile window, click the Statements tab.

Toggle the switch to Enable Agent Statements.

Set the percentage that your agent will receive from a transaction in the Agent/House Split.

If you're an independent contractor, or have a host agency, you will also see the option to select if the split is applied to the gross payment received by the host or the net payment received by your agency.

Select if the percentages you filled in will automatically be applied to all transactions by selecting Yes or No.

Note: Depending on user permissions, this split can be changed manually in a booking.

Use the Statement Frequency dropdown to select how often statements will be finalized. The calendar can be used to select Fixed Dates and to display selected intervals.

When you’re done, click Save Changes.
