Identifiers are a way to connect information to users between Sion and third party systems.

To copy a team member’s unique Sion identifier, go to the Identifiers tab and click the paper icon next to the Sion identifier.

If you have other systems integrated with Sion, you will need to find that system's unique identifier and enter it into the appropriate field.

If you are the owner of a host agency, you can also manage the identifiers for contractor team members. To see the team members of a contractor, click the dropdown in the top right of the Team page, and select the contractor name.

Click a team member name and navigate to the Identifiers tab just as with a regular team member.

Note: If you have not invited any independent contractors through Sion, there will not be any other teams to view.
