What’s New on Sion? Everything!

Except the parts you already loved, of course.

Over the past year, we’ve been busy re-working a few things (and pulling a few all-nighters) to take the Sion you know and love to a whole new level.

And it's not just a fresh coat of paint. It's a foundation for more exciting enhancements to come.

While we’re putting the finishing touches on those enhancements, we have a few other exciting updates to share.

The next time you log into Sion you’ll see:

  • A Revamped Design: You’ll enjoy a sleeker, shinier user interface that not only looks great but also makes navigation a breeze (and your job easier).

  • Enhanced Usability: We've fine-tuned the user experience — simplified menus, clearer workflows, intuitive functions are all there to help you get more done in less time.

  • Improved Performance: Under-the-hood improvements mean faster load times and smoother interactions — you’ll be moving as fast as Max Verstappen at the Monaco F1.

Want to know all the nitty gritty of our recent feature updates? Read on.

Team and Independent Contractor (IC) Management Improvements

  • Get notified when IC’s add new team members (host view)

  • Add/manage team members on behalf of team owners (host view)

    • Please contact your account rep to turn on this feature

Commission and Reconciliation

  • Larger pagination for unreconciled payments means less scrolling

  • Auto-reconciliation design improvements that make it easy for you to find relevant information quickly

  • Batch payment date - we’ve added the ability to add a payment date to batches allowing accounting/finance teams to backdate a batch import (accounting view)

Bookings

  • Improved booking drawer usability

  • New fields available for download

  • Add booking from client profile - We’ve added a button on the top right of the client profile which allows you to easily create a booking from the client profile, pre-populating their information in the booking modal.

Filters

  • Sticky Filter - When a filter is set on any page in Sion (bookings, commissions, etc.), the filter will remain when navigating throughout Sion. You no longer need to reset your filters when you navigate between pages.

  • We’ve added a filter reset button to make it easier to restore original filter settings

  • Suspended agencies are now identified as suspended in the filter (host view)

Thank you for being part of our journey. We’re here because of your support, enthusiasm, and invaluable insights. Together, we’re not just chasing commissions; we’re making the travel industry a better, easier place to navigate.
