Combining Invoices

If you’re looking to send a supplier an invoice with multiple line items follow these instructions:

  1. Filter on the bookings page to only the bookings you want on the invoice, or filter on a client or supplier’s profile to view only bookings you want on the invoice.

  2. Click Download

  3. Download as PDF

  4. Choose Invoice PDF Supplier Preset (top right of the modal)

  5. Click Download

After download, the combined invoice will be available in the invoices tab of the booking drawer for all the applicable bookings.

Customized Downloads

If you're looking to understand your business better, Sion's filtering tools make it easy. Here's how to get started:

  1. Use the filters on the left side to customize the data in view on your dashboard (select your date range, status, etc. in the left column)

  2. Click Download

  3. Select Format

  4. Click Group by and select preferred option

  5. Click Export rows

After download, the report will be available in your downloads folder.

Live Statements

Note: if you would like to use Live Statements, please reach out directly to your host agency, or contact support@sioncentral.com to turn on this feature.

Live Statements are a great way to send editable commission statements to suppliers. When you send a Live Statement to a supplier, they have the option of updating the statement right in the Sion platform so you have the updated commission information and status.

Here’s how:

  1. Click Invoices

  2. Select the invoice you want to chase

  3. Add an email address to the To: field

  4. Ensure you’ve toggled on Live Statements

  5. Click Send Now
