An online invoice from Sion allows you to make an online payment immediately or set up an offline payment for a travel booking.

Note: What is Sion? Sion is a software tailor-made for travel agencies and independent advisors to help them keep track of booking payments. With Sion agencies can send out reminders for booking payments and accept payments online. If you’ve received an online invoice from Sion, then you’ve made a booking with one of our customers!

In this article, we’ll go over how you can pay a statement, download an invoice, and handle concerns with an invoice amount.

View and Pay an Online Invoice

First, you will receive an email from Sion with the invoice information that will look something like the picture below. You might need to copy the statement number for later use. Click the View Invoice button to open the invoice.

If the statement was sent “private”, you will need to enter the Recipient Email Address (your email address) and then paste the Statement Number from the email.

Click Access when you’ve entered all of the information.

Look over the invoice information and check that your agent has sent the correct invoice amount.

Note: If there’s something wrong with your invoice amount, contact your agent so that they can correct any errors and resend the invoice.

When you’re ready to pay the invoice, click Pay Now.

You will be able to pay the invoice online via ACH or Credit Card depending on the agency settings.

Note: Don’t see the Pay Now button? Contact your agent.

Download an Invoice

To download a PDF copy of your invoice, follow the steps above to view your invoice. You can download the invoice after completing payment; or after you click Pay Offline. Next, click Download Invoice and a PDF version of the invoice will immediately download to your device.
