You can make a payment gateway inactive in Sion so that live statements can not be paid using that gateway.

To deactivate a payment gateway, click your username in the top right of Sion. In the dropdown, select Account Settings.

This opens the general Settings page. In the left menu, click Integrations. The Integrations page will open.

Look for the desired payment gateway and toggle the switch in the bottom left corner.

The switch will change from Active to Inactive.

Note: If you deactivate a payment gateway then a client or supplier attempting to use that gateway on an online invoice will instead see the invoice as a regular, non-payable invoice.

You can reactivate the payment gateway by toggling the switch again.
