Using the Analytics Page

A guide to Siro's Analytics page for admins, managers, and coaches

Written by Ethan Peterson-New

What is Analytics?

Analytics is Siro's reporting hub for admins, managers, and coaches — and it's organized around how managers actually work. Instead of walls of charts you have to stitch together yourself, each tab is built to answer one specific question you'd ask about your team: How are we doing this week? What do I cover in this rep's 1:1? Are my coaches actually coaching? Is our call activity connected to real pipeline?

Note: Analytics is available on the Siro web app only (not the mobile app), and it's built for admins, managers, and coaches. Individual reps typically don't have access.

How to access Analytics

  1. Log into Siro on the web at https://app.siro.ai

  2. Click Analytics in the left navigation sidebar

Global filters

These controls help you filter and export what you're looking at:

  • Date Range — sits at the top of every tab.

  • Download Data — every table and chart section has its own Download Data button for exporting that section's data to CSV.

The five Analytics tabs

Analytics is organized into five tabs, each answering a different question:

  • Rep Activity — "How is my whole team doing this week, and who's going cold?"

  • Rep Deep Dive — "What do I cover in this rep's 1:1?"

  • Coach Activity — "Are my managers actually coaching their teams?"

  • Coach Deep Dive — "How is this one coach doing, and how are their reps performing?"

  • CRM Insights — "Is our call activity connected to real pipeline?"

Each tab pulls together the recording, listening, coaching, AI, and scorecard data that's relevant to that question. Below, we've highlighted the part of each tab most managers act on first.

Tab 1: Rep Activity

Your team-wide weekly briefing. Open it to see at a glance how reps across your selected teams are recording, listening, and engaging with Siro — and to identify which reps might need more help.

Start here: Reps Needing Attention. This is the part most managers act on directly. It surfaces the reps who haven't recorded, haven't listened, haven't used AI, or haven't received recent coach feedback. Spot the two or three names that need a nudge and reach out before they go cold.

The rest of the tab gives you the context around that list: a usage snapshot for the period, recording trends over time, and a sortable comparison table for ranking your team on any metric to recognize top performers or find who needs support.

Note: the listening time shown here is rep-focused. To look up a manager's or coach's own listening time, use Coach Activity or Coach Deep Dive (Tabs 3 and 4).

Tab 2: Rep Deep Dive

A focused coaching view of a single rep — the go-to tab when prepping for a 1:1. Pick a rep from the searchable Rep picker to load their view.

Start here: Coaching Spotlight. It automatically surfaces the rep's top strength and top growth area from recent recordings. Instead of hunting through calls to find something to coach on, you walk into the 1:1 with a focus and the evidence already in hand.

Then check: Scorecard Performance. It plots the rep's score over their recent recordings and by week against team and org averages, so it's immediately clear whether they're improving, plateauing, or slipping relative to their peers. The tab also includes a usage snapshot and a day-by-day activity view for added context.

Tab 3: Coach Activity

An org-wide view built for directors and execs overseeing multiple managers.

Start here: the coach leaderboard. The Coaching Activity by Coach table ranks every coach across their key engagement metrics — listening, commenting, AI use — so outliers stand out at a glance. In under a minute you can see which managers need support and which are modeling best practices worth sharing with the rest. A team-level rollup and an activity snapshot round out the picture.

Tab 4: Coach Deep Dive

A focused view of a single coach that connects their effort to results. Pick a coach from the searchable Coach picker.

Start here: the rep performance breakdown. Alongside the coach's own engagement, this tab shows how the reps they coach are actually scoring — overall and by scorecard area, against team and org benchmarks. That pairing is what makes it valuable: you can see whether a coach's activity is translating into better rep performance, and have a very different conversation with a coach whose reps are improving than one whose reps aren't.

Tab 5: CRM Insights

Shows whether your team's call activity is connected to real pipeline. If recordings aren't linked to CRM records, those calls can't be tied to wins or losses — so this tab tracks linkage first, then outcomes. It only appears for organizations with an active CRM integration.

Start here: the per-rep CRM comparison. It brings linkage and outcomes down to the individual rep, so a low linkage rate stops being an abstract org number and becomes a concrete coaching conversation. A snapshot of coverage, linkage, win rate, and average deal size sits up top, with trend and breakdown charts that make process breakdowns visible early.

Permissions

  • Admins and coaches can access Analytics; reps cannot.

  • Coaches see data scoped to the teams they coach. Admins see org-wide data.

  • Some tabs or metrics vary by your org's configuration — for example, CRM Insights only appears for orgs with an active CRM integration.

FAQs

Who can access the Analytics page?
Coaches and admins only — reps do not have access. Coaches see data scoped to the teams they're assigned to coach; admins see org-wide data.

How current is the data? Is there a delay?
Data typically reflects activity within a few hours. Very recent recordings may not appear immediately — if something looks missing, check back shortly after the recording finishes processing.

Why can I see some teams but not others?
Coaches only see data for the teams they're assigned to coach. If a team is missing, ask your admin to verify your team assignments in Siro.

Does Analytics work on all browsers?
Analytics works best on Chrome and Safari.

What does "Appointment Coverage %" mean in CRM Insights?
It's the percentage of your CRM appointments that have a linked Siro recording. A lower percentage means reps either aren't recording those appointments or the recordings aren't getting connected to the right CRM record. Use the Recording Linking section to find where the gap is.

Why don't I see the CRM Insights tab?
It only appears for organizations with an active CRM integration. If your org has a CRM but you don't see this tab, reach out to support.

Can I export data from Analytics?
Yes. Every table and chart section has a Download Data button that exports the underlying data as a CSV.
