Tracking your incidents

This article is specific to customers using the Incident Module. If you do not have an Incident tab, reach out to support@siteapppro.com to learn more.


Incident Analytics

The Incident Analytics tab gives you a high-level view of your organisation's health and safety performance, including:

  • The most common factor causing injuries or illnesses in your company

  • Tallies of injury and illness by type

  • Annual totals of injuries

Note: Comparison data is pulled from annual OSHA reports for your industry, as well as incidents reported within your own Site App Pro account.

To View your Analytics for Incidents:

  1. Log into your Admin Console

  2. Select Incidents from your Navigation Bar

  3. The Dashboard should appear by default

Comparison data is pulled from annual OSHA reports of national cases for accuracy from your industry, as well as reported incidents within your own Site App Pro account.

This page also displays your:

  1. TRIF (Total recordable incident frequency)

  2. TLIF (Lost time incident frequency)

This will directly reference your total full time employees and the average number of hours worked by them.

To set your number of full time employees:

  1. Go to My Business

  2. Go to Incident Details

  3. Input your # of full time employees in the "The average number of Full Time Employees (FTEs)" field

  4. Save your changes


​This is used to benchmark your business performance against similar businesses.

Reviewing Pending Incidents

At the top of your page, you will be able to view whether there are any cases that need to be reviewed. Select See Incidents to review further.

Adjusting Your Timelines

Each statistic allows you to toggle the date range in the top right-hand corner of the box:
