What should I do if I don't see the Chatbot KAI on my account?
You need to open the "Application cookies" window (the developer tools for viewing cookies) by using the developer tools in your browser. Press the F12 key or Ctrl+Shift+I (on Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Option+I (on macOS), and then select the "Application" tab. In this tab, you'll find the "Cookies" panel, which allows you to view and edit cookies for the specific site.
