Adding Users in Transporeon
To add a new user to your Transporeon account, follow these steps:
Login to Transporeon: Go to https://login.transporeon.com/
Select Account (if applicable): If you're associated with multiple Transporeon accounts, select the specific account where you want to add the new user.
Navigate to User Management: On the Transporeon main page, select "My Transporeon," then "Users," and click the "+" icon.
Enter User Information: Fill in all required information, making sure to select the correct language for the user.
Confirm: The user is now added to the account.
How Will the User Access Transporeon Visibility?
After a user is added in Transporeon, they'll receive an email to set up their access:
Password Setup Email: The user will receive an email from
no-reply@transporeon.com
with the subject "Set Password" in their selected language.Set Password: The user will be prompted to create a password.
Access Transporeon Visibility: After setting their password, the user can access Transporeon Visibility by clicking "Visibility" on the Transporeon main page.
User Creation in Visibility: The user's profile is created in Transporeon Visibility upon their first login.
User Roles in Transporeon Visibility
The first user to access Transporeon Visibility for an account automatically receives an ADMIN role within Transporeon Visibility.
Subsequent users are initially created as regular users. An existing Transporeon Visibility Admin can upgrade these users to Admin roles if needed.
Removing Users
User removal is also managed within "My Transporeon":
To remove a user, go to "My Transporeon" > "Users" and select the "Deactivate" option next to the user's name. This prevents them from logging into both Transporeon and Transporeon Visibility.
