If a carrier has received a transport from a customer in Visibility, but they're
not executing the transport themselves and
don’t know/can't allocate the vehicle from the party that executes the transport,
they can use a new endpoint as part of the Visibility APIs to forward the transport to a subcontractor automatically. The subcontractor will get notified and can then provide Visibility.
