What’s New?

Manual monitoring is a thing of the past. With our new "Tracking Did Not Start" notification, you will be instantly alerted if a transport remains untracked. This allows your team to intervene earlier, contact carriers proactively, and ensure data integrity across your supply chain.

Key Features:

  • Customizable Triggers: Choose to be notified if tracking hasn't started by the Timeslot start time or the Timeslot end time.

  • Advanced Filtering: Use custom filters (such as "Stops" or "Customer") to ensure you only receive the alerts that matter most to your specific workflow.

  • Multilingual Support: Set recipient preferences to receive email alerts in the language of their choice (e.g., English).

How to get started:

Navigate to your notification settings, select "When tracking did not start" from the Notification Type dropdown, and define your preferred triggers.
