How to Use the Wildcard
The wildcard symbol tells the system to "fill in the blanks." Depending on where you place the %, you can change how the system filters your results.
β
1. Find Matches by the End of a Value
If you only know the last few digits of a transport identifier, place the % at the beginning of your search term.
Example: Searching for
%7445Result: The system will return all transport numbers that end in 7445, regardless of what numbers or letters come before them.
2. Find Matches Within a String (Middle Search)
If you have a partial number that might be hidden in the middle of a long, complex ID, place the % at both ends of your search term.
Example: Searching for
%8139538%Result: The system will locate the transport even if the full ID is a complex string, such as
015_8139538_CUS_20260127.
Note: These search rules apply across all parameters simultaneously for a broad results set, or you can select a specific parameter to narrow your search
