  1. Reworked Performance summary
The Performance summary panel at the top of the Tracking Performance view has been redesigned.

  • The previous summary visual is replaced by four metric cards: Tracked, Allocated, Avg GPS pings/hour, and Stops visited in RT.

  • Each card now shows a trend delta vs. the previous period, so users can immediately see whether performance is improving or degrading. Aim here is to add additional cards in the future, so the user can adjust the view per their needs.

2. Filter by cancellation reason — directly from the chart
The Cancelled reasons chart is now interactive.

  • Each cancellation reason row is selectable via checkbox, supporting multi-select.

  • Selecting one or more reasons applies them as filters across the page; active filters appear as chips in the action bar above the chart.

  • The transport list below reflects the same filters, so a user can go from "76% of issues are No vehicle allocation / GPS data received" to the exact list of affected transports in a couple of clicks — a workflow that previously required jumping into the VCC report.

3. Filter by carrier — one click on a row
The Carriers table now supports the same one-click filtering pattern.

  • Clicking a row adds that carrier to the page-level filter and surfaces a "Carrier added to filter" confirmation.

  • Selected carriers are pinned to the top of the list so they're easy to track and unselect.

  • This replaces the previous workflow of opening the Filter panel and typing the carrier name.

  • The Carriers table also gained two columns that were previously only available in VCC: Average pings/hour and Allocation timeliness.
