Prerequisites for forwarding shipments
Invite your subcontractors to join Visibility Hub with a simple referral link. How to do that ? You can read all about it here.
The subcontractors need to finish the Visibility Hub integration process. Afterwards you will be able to forward them transports.
Forwarding a shipment to your subcontractor on Visibility Hub
After all prerequisites are met, you will be able forward a shipment to your subcontractor on Visibility Hub.
Click on Allocate to open the assignment window
Click on forward to subcontractor
Select the subcontractor to which you want to forward the shipment to from the drop-down menu
Click on forward to confirm
Subcontractor e-mail notification
Your subcontractor will receive an e-mail notification that you have forwarded a shipment to them.
By clicking on Log in to Visibility Hub the subcontractor will get directly redirected to the selected shipment and can then assign a vehicle

Please note : Only the subcontractor's truck plate will be shown to your customer !
The subcontractor name will not be displayed to him.
