You can manually stop the tracking of a transport, for example, when the tracking doesn't stop automatically. Any company within the tour forwarding chain can stop tracking a transport.

This means if shipper X has goods delivered by carrier Y, who has subcontracted to carrier Z, then users from any of these companies (X, Y, or Z) can abort the tour.

Important: Only a transport that is currently being tracked can be stopped.

Once you click "Yes, cancel tracking," the transport will change its status to "Cancelled." All tracking data already received for this transport will be retained up until the moment tracking stopped.

The stop tracking action is captured with a timestamp in the "Log" view of the transport.

Once tracking is stopped, this action cannot be undone.
