You can prepare and send the parcel directly, without contacting us.

1- Compliance

Please check that your request complies with the Return Policy.

2- Delivery note

Please always include the delivery note in the return package (so that your original order can be identified).

In case of loss, please contact us to receive a new one.

3- Packaging

You can use the cardboard box or bag from your order (condition permitting).

In this case: remove or cover any carrier labels.

If you decide to use another container, it must be suitable, opaque and the right size.

4- Return label

This is inserted directly into the parcel for orders from France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.

Don't hesitate to contact us if you forget or lose your label.

All barcodes must be perfectly legible.

5- Parcel delivery

We use the Shop2Shop by Chronopost (DPD) service, which allows you to drop off your parcel at a relay point.
